READ: The difference between Psychotherapy and Coaching
Psychotherapy
As a Licensed Psychotherapist, my approach is grounded in compassion and a profound respect for how difficult life can be. I don’t believe people need to be “fixed.” Instead, I believe we need to be met with understanding, curiosity, and support rather than judgment.

You are the expert of your own life. My role is to ask thoughtful, powerful questions that guide you inward. Together, we shape a new vision—one that aligns your core values with the everchanging nature of life.

Many of us lose our way at times. I’m here to remind you that this is human, and that change is always possible.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and mindfulnessbased practices. My work is informed by lived experience, years of clinical practice, a lifelong commitment to spiritual selfstudy, and my own intuition.

Therapy can be intimidating, at first. I use time and care to build a relationship of respect and trust. Feedback from my clients has included a sense of approachability, humanness, and ease in the relationship.
Writing-Based Psychotherapy
Some people process best through writing. They find clarity, honesty, and depth on the page that can be harder to access in real-time conversation. Writing can be a beautiful avenue for emotional expression.

Writing-based psychotherapy offers a structured, supportive way to engage in therapy primarily through written exchange rather than live sessions.

What Is Writing Therapy?
Writing therapy is psychotherapy conducted through ongoing written communication using a secure platform. Instead of meeting by video or phone, you share reflections in writing, and I respond with thoughtful clinical insight, education, questions, and guidance. This is not self-guided journaling or self-help. It’s a therapeutic relationship grounded in presence, attunement, and professional care—held through words.

Writing-based therapy may be a good fit if you:
● Process thoughts and emotions more clearly through writing
● Are open to a new outlet for therapeutic work
● Prefer time to reflect between responses
● Want a quieter, more flexible therapeutic format

What the Process Looks Like
After an initial consultation and intake, therapy takes place through a secure written platform. You’ll write on an agreed-upon schedule, and I’ll respond with care, insight, and structure. Some clients choose writing-only therapy; others combine writing with occasional virtual sessions. We’ll decide together what feels most supportive.
