Bearing Witness: A Journey Back to Your Authentic Self

A guided 12-week program blending yoga, reflective writing, and deep coaching to help you reconnect with you who are beneath expectations – and begin living from that place.

You might feel:
  • Disconnected from yourself, even if your life “looks good”
  • Stuck in patterns like people-pleasing, overthinking, or self-doubt
  • Unsure of what you actually want in life – or afraid to admit it
  • Like you’re living a version of life that doesn’t fully feel like yours

You’re not broken. You’ve adapted.

This program helps you gently unwind those adaptations – and return to your truth.


Program Details:

A Journey Back – for short, is a 12-week guided experience that integrates
  • Yoga (somatic awareness): to reconnect with your body and inner signals, and to embody ease of the nervous system from the bottom-up.
  • Reflective Writing: to uncover patterns, beliefs and desires.
  • Coaching + values work: to clarify what actually matters to you – and how to live it.

This isn’t about fixing yourself, it’s about remembering yourself.

What You’ll Gain:
  • Feel more grounded and connected to your body.
  • Understand the patterns and roles that have shaped your life
  • Gain clarity on your core values and what truly matters to you
  • Build the confidence to make aligned decisions
  • Begin expressing yourself more honestly in relationships

  • Create a personal movement/yoga ritual you can return to again and again


The Journey Back:

Phase 1: Arrive (weeks 1-3)
Slow down, reconnect, and build awareness
  > Learn to listen to your body and inner experience
Phase 2: Uncover (weeks 4-6)
Explore patterns, conditioning, and protective roles
  > Understand who you learned to be
Phase 3: Clarify (weeks 7-9)
Define your values, desires, and truth
  > Get clear on what actually matters to you
Phase 4: Align (weeks 9-12)
Tangible goals and taking action from authenticity
  > Living in alignment with your values


What Each Week 3-week phase includes:

One 45-minute guided yoga practice
tailored to your specific goals (emphasis on awareness, not performance)
*Can be done in person in my studio space, virtually, or recorded and sent to you.

One to Two Reflective Writing prompts
plus a reflective response of your writing from me.

One 60-minute coaching teaching and check-in 
Short, powerful lessons, education-based. Done virtually.

A weekly, writing-based check-in exchange.


Your Final Integration:

This isn’t just something you complete – it’s something you create.

As part of this program, you’ll be guided to design your own personal yoga or movement sequence that reflects your values, emotional landscape, Intentions, and Authentic Self-Expression.
This becomes your ritual – a practice that helps your stay connected to yourself long after the program ends.

As a therapist, yoga teacher, and life coach, I bring a unique blend of psychological depth (this is NOT therapy), somatic awareness, and compassionate, grounded guidance.

Program cost is $1200 for this 12-week, 4 phase program.
